Client Side Setup
Installation file - After your account is set up you'll be provided with a link to a custom agent installation file. You may place this link wherever necessary.
Setup - Once the agent is installed on the client's machine there is no further setup required.
Server Side Setup
Router - You will need to configure your router, for remote purposes, to direct VNC incoming traffic to the desktop that will be used during the remote access sessions. We utilize VNC for remote purposes create a reverse connection to execute the remote session. Instead of the client side VNC "listening" for your connection attempt the VSL Agent will pull you into their computer.
VNC listener - A VNC "listener" will need to be set up on the computer used for remote access. Very simply process.
Homebase - The homebase is directs the agents to your computer. The homebase can be an IP address or URL.
